Boardwalk Property maintains a formal commitment to source from local, independent suppliers for at least 50% of non-labor expenses, specifically focused on Bristol and the Surrounding Areas. This commitment is documented in our supplier policy. By prioritising local suppliers, Boardwalk supports the Bristol economy, fosters relationships within the community, and minimises our environmental footprint through reduced transportation needs. We also have a policy utilised within our customer facing teams, to serve at least 75% local and independent clients or customers.
