"We have enjoyed living in the Paintworks and this flat for the last 6 years. Not only is the Paintworks a great community but the location was a huge draw for us. Locally, the deli on Sandy Park, the cafe in Arnos Vale cemetery across the road, Bocabar, and the Bristol Eats food vendor pop ups are here in the Paintworks itself for a bite to eat or a drink with friends. It’s also quick and easy to get into town, to Wapping Wharf and to temple meads or the M4.
Every summer the residents get together for a summer BBQ and drinks and everyone helps each other out with parking spots for visitors and parcels etc. We will certainly miss the Paintworks when we move!"
