"We love the light and warmth in the house. From our first viewing when buying, we were taken with the character throughout the house including its quite unique double-fronted position. We love our evening walks around St Andrews park and lazy Sundays in the living room with the door open to the garden. The space in the upstairs bedrooms have been wonderful as we have welcomed our first baby."
The House
This beautiful double bayed, dual aspect house is on the corner of Surrey Road and Derby Road and offers plenty of space for anyone looking for a substantial house in one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Bristol. Set back from the pavement with space in front of the two bay windows the ground floor features a large kitchen dining room on one side and a generous main reception room the other. A central staircase splits this property into extremely well sized rooms throughout which gives it a really attractive flow. Under the stairs there is also a convenient wet room. The first floor features the family bathroom and two large bedrooms, the master of which extends into an additional first floor bay window. This property was originally built with a second floor offering two more generous bedrooms.
The Garden
Accessed from the main reception room double doors open out onto a well presented, low maintenance garden which is ideal for summer barbecues as it gets plenty of natural sunlight. The garden can also be accessed directly from the outside without having to go through the house.
