'We've loved our time at 5 Washington Avenue. We love that on a weekend morning we can pop to the local shops for freshly baked bread, pastries, coffee, or to one of the fantastic nearby cafes. The Greenbank also does a great Sunday Roast with a friendly atmosphere and has lots of events. We're regulars at the monthly comedy night. For us having a cat, the community feel of the street has been great - there's always someone willing to help feed if we're away and we return the favour.'

The Home

A charming two-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Greenbank, Easton. With beautiful period features throughout and touches of renovation, it would be an ideal home anyone looking for a characterful home in East Bristol with modern interiors.

Downstairs, the living room and open-plan diner/kitchen have been well-maintained and upgraded with characterful design. The kitchen opens onto the garden creating a bright & spacious space for hosting. Upstairs, the bathroom has been recently renovated in a clean & sleek style. The bedrooms are generously sized with ample storage space and exposed brick walls around original chimney breasts.

The outside space

The long north-facing garden has been re-landscaped to be relatively low-maintenance yet have enough space for growing & for social spaces at the top and bottom of the garden. A perfect space for hosting evening BBQs in the summer.
