"We have lovingly renovated our home to create a wonderful family space and have enjoyed hosting family and friends. We love the open plan feel in the living spaces but also benefit from being able to close off the cosy snug with the log burner in the winter. We especially enjoy the views of the park from our elevated position and see some incredible skies for sunrise and sunset. We are in a fantastic position to watch the balloon fiesta from our front windows. Whilst we are close to the city, we have so many green spaces on the doorstep to explore such as Eastville Park, Snuff Mills and Stoke Park. Our favourite weekend walk is along the river Frome to spot the resident heron and kingfisher, finished up with a coffee and toastie at the coffee van in Eastville Park. It’s a lovely family neighbourhood and we’ve made many friends living here. It’s a great place to live as we’re able to visit the cafes, restaurants and independent shops in St Werburghs, Easton and Fishponds."
