Bethie Tricks Textiles: a passion for pattern

'Textiles has been my life and I always knew I'd want to do my own thing one day.'

After studying William Morris at school, Bethie became obsessed with the beauty of repeating patterns. Inspired by her studies and iconic Arts and Crafts designs, Bethie began hand-drawing her own patterns and applying these to consciously-sourced, natural materials.

‘The combination of different ways you can do things is just endless.’

Sustainability lies at the heart of Bethie’s textiles, with her fabrics produced in the UK and printed using water-based inks. Inspired by her studies, travels, and the beauty of the natural world, Bethie’s collections blend intricate, abstract patterns with vibrant, bold colour combinations.

With each design, Bethie continues to celebrate the endless possibilities of pattern, creating beautiful, sustainable fabrics borne from her lifelong passion for textiles.
