In our latest edition of Boardwalk Blueprints we bath in the natural light of this remarkable project in Southville. Expertly imagined by founding partner Matt Coe of Cryer and Coe architects, the zinc extension was designed to transform a previously dark and dingy family space. As an antithesis of the previous extension, the double height space and central skylight bring the light flooding back into the heart of the home. Standing seam zinc cladding adds a brutal but warm finish to the exterior, which is sensitively juxtaposed by mature gardens beyond.
