Adjacent is a larger bedroom followed by the main bathroom and finally at the front of the house the principal suite with en-suite. All fittings and fixtures are 4 years old.

Totterdown is perfect for those working within Bristol and for the cities beyond via the trains at nearby Temple Meads. For drivers, easy access to Wells Road takes you directly through the city to the M32 or the countryside of Chew Valley, the Mendips, and North Somerset.
